I got in a fight with my spouse, and now I'm here, but how did I get from point A to point B?

Why can't my eyes focus?  Why am I drooling?

OK...really weird, now...there's a nurse here with a glass of water.

Whoa.  Where are my pants?

OK...now I am starting to remember.  It makes my head hurt, but I remember.

I drove myself here, didn't I?  I think I see my car in the parking lot, but I get dizzy just getting up and walking to the window.  Whoa...I think I'm going to be sick.
